The bedrooms are centrally heated, situated on the ground floor, first floor and second floor and all, with the exception of the single room which is furnished in a contemporary style, are furnished with high quality “Stag” bedroom furniture and comfortable beds.

The Guests Lounge is situated on the ground floor and includes comfortable seating, a Freeview digital colour TV, DVD player and music centre. Books, magazines and tourist literature are displayed and available for our Guests' use.

The Dining Room is situated on the lower ground floor where seating is available for 19 Guests.

Breakfast is served between 8.00 am and 9.00 am (earlier if required, but by prior arrangement) in our bright and airy dining room, which is situated on the lower ground floor, and there is a selection of cereals, chilled fruit juices and segments and cooked to order main courses to suit a variety of tastes and preferences, as on our sample breakfast menu.

Wireless internet hotspotThe "Free-Hotspot.com" wireless internet broadband (WIFI) network is now available to our Guests throughout The Dunedin. This is a totally free and unrestricted service for our Guests.
