The Dunedin will close on 16th December 2012 and reopen on Monday 7th January 2013

*All the above rates are based upon minimum stay policy of 2 nights stay (Low season) and 3 nights stay (High season & Bank Holiday weekends).

** Should the Family Room or Triple Room be let as a Twin Room for 2 persons only, the B&B Room Rate will be reduced by 25%.

** Should the Family Room or Triple Room be let for 2 adults & 1 child under 12 years of age, the B&B Room Rate will be reduced by 12.5%.

*** Single occupancy available January to end-April and October to December only, excluding Bank Holiday weekends

All rates are quoted in £ Sterling inclusive of VAT and include a cooked breakfast

Please note that we do not accept children under 5 years of age.

All rooms have modern en-suite facilities, colour TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, fan & tea/coffee making facilities.

Please note that we do not have a credit card facility but a cheque (payable to The Dunedin) or cash is acceptable.

Deposits & Cancellations

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation during certain periods of the year but unless specifically requested by us please assume that a deposit is not necessary.

Please note that you can be charged for your stay with us if you cancel after receiving our confirmation of your reservation. This applies to the full length of your intended stay or a reduction in the length of stay or number of persons staying. Please refer to the Cancellations paragraph contained within our reservation confirmation letter and our Booking Terms & Conditions.
